The Charles M. Bayer Campership Program

Each year, Camp Stella Maris sends hundreds of kids to camp through the Charles M. Bayer Campership Program. The Campership Program provides need-based scholarships for overnight, day, and family camp programs.  Campership awards are extended to families who otherwise might not have the opportunity to send their children to camp.  Our goal is to ensure that all children can experience the loving and magical environment of Camp Stella Maris. Camp Stella Maris awards more than $150,000 to campers in need annually.

WHAT A GIFT WILL DO

$350 provides a camper with a week of Summer Day Camp
$830 provides a camper with a week of Summer Overnight Camp
$1,250 provides a teen with a Leadership Camp opportunity

Casino Night 2025

Get ready for an unforgettable evening at the highly anticipated Camp Stella Maris Casino Night! This exciting fundraiser is back and better than ever, supporting our Campership Fund to help more kids experience the magic of camp. Your ticket includes $500 in gaming chips and access to thrilling table games like Poker, Craps, Blackjack, and Roulette. Enjoy delicious heavy hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and the chance to win big with fantastic raffle prizes and silent auction items. 2024 ROC the Day

ROC the Day is a 24-hour, online giving extravaganza powered by United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes that takes place annually on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, also known as Giving Tuesday. This day allows people in our community to fill their “cart” with causes that matter most to them and support not-for-profit organizations making positive impacts in our communities. To donate to CSM go to ROCtheDay.org, a secure online giving platform. All money given during ROC the Day will help go to our Campership program and help send children to camp.

4th Annual Car & Truck Show

Please join us on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Pinnacle Athletic in Victor, NY for the 3rd Annual Car & Truck Show. This family-friendly event brings vehicles in from all over Western New York. Awards for Top 30, Best in Show, Best Car, Best Truck, Best Veteran Owned, Best Female Owned, and Camper’s Choice. The event also includes a huge silent auction and basket raffle all to help raise funds to send kids to Camp. Admission is free for spectators. Pre-Registration is now closed. You can register at the show beginning at 10:00AM
