Sunday Drop-off Process For Summer Camp

6/27, 7/4, 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8, 8/15

  • Check-in is scheduled between 3:00pm and 5:00pm on Sundays.
  • This process will take approximately 30 minutes and includes cabin assignments, meeting your child's counselors, receiving your security pass and bunk assignment. The check-in time can be extended if not all required paperwork is complete prior to arrival. If you will be dropping off medication, your check-in time may increase.
  • Arriving early will increase your wait time while our staff is reviewing the upcoming week and still preparing for a smooth check-in. Please do not arrive at camp before 3:00pm.

To make your check-in process more enjoyable, follow these simple steps upon your arrival after 3:00pm:

Step 1: You'll be greeted at your car by a CSM staff member. If CSM has all required paperwork*, you'll receive your cabin assignment and directed where to park your vehicle. Families arriving after 3:00pm will receive preferred parking.

(Handicap accessible parking will be available after 3:00pm)

You may expect significant delays during check-in if not all required paperwork is received at least two weeks prior to arrival. If you have outstanding paperwork, you'll be directed to the polebarn. Once all required paperwork has been received, you'll receive your cabin assignment and further instruction.

Step 2: Unload your main trunk/luggage to designated area with assistance from CSM's "helping hands". CSM will transport the main trunk/luggage to the camper's cabin.

Step 3: Campers and families can travel directly to the cabin, meet cabin counselors and receive security pass.

Step 4: BUNK ASSIGMENTS will be conducted by lottery upon arrival to the cabin. This policy is intended to eliminate the need for early arrivals in order to "get a good bunk" and is meant to be fair to all campers.

Step 5: Over-the-Counter/Prescription Medication must be stored in our Health Center. Parents with campers requiring medication during their stay must visit the Health Center and provide Medical staff with appropriate medication and the Over-the-Counter/Prescription Medication form. Please note: All campers must have cabin assignment to proceed to health center.
