The Charles M. Bayer Campership Program

Each year, Camp Stella Maris sends hundreds of kids to camp through the Charles M. Bayer Campership Program. The Campership Program provides need-based scholarships for resident, day, and family camp programs.  Campership awards are extended to families who otherwise might not have the opportunity to send their children to camp.  Our goal is to ensure that all children are able to experience the loving and magical environment of Camp Stella Maris. Camp Stella Maris awards more than $150,000 to campers-in-need annually.

WHAT A GIFT WILL DO

$325 provides a child with a week of Summer Day Camp
$830 provides a youth with a week of Summer Overnight Camp
$1,250 provides a teen with a Leadership Camp opportunity

Stella 5K and Kids Fun Run

Please join us on Saturday April 27, 2024 for the Stella 5K and Kids Fun Run at the Stewart Lodge at Mendon Ponds Park in Honeoye Falls, NY! The run is being brought to you by Camp Stella Maris in Livonia, NY and proceeds from the event are being used to provide full and partial scholarships for campers as part of the Campership program. Please note: This course is entirely on TRAILS. No strollers, dogs, or headphones allowed for safety.

2024 CSM Alumni Erie Canal Ride For Camperships

Make a Donation, Sponsor a Leg, or Ride a Leg with the Team this July to Help Send 20+ Children to Camp Stella Maris

Led by legendary alum Scott Saunders, a merry band of alumni, their families, and other friends of Camp Stella Maris will ride 360 miles from Buffalo to Albany on the Erie Canal Trail to raise funds for Camperships.

Slated for July 6-12, the goal of this ride is to raise $15,000 to provide a week on our beloved Conesus Lake for 20+ children who otherwise would not be able to attend.

The following contributions are TAX-DEDUCTIBLE

• Sponsoring through a one-time donation.
• Buy a ticket to sponsor one or more legs/days.

3rd Annual Car & Truck Show

Please join us on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Pinnacle Athletic in Victor, NY for the 3rd Annual Car & Truck Show. This family-friendly event brings vehicles in from all over Western New York. Awards for Top 30, Best in Show, Best Car, Best Truck, Best Veteran Owned, Best Female Owned, and Camper’s Choice. The event also includes a huge silent auction and basket raffle all to help raise funds to send kids to Camp. Admission is free for spectators.
